Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Future Ready Academy ("we", "us", "our"), a programme operated in partnership with StayPinched. By registering your child for the Future Ready Bootcamp, you ("Parent/Guardian") agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment of the programme fee. Registration is per child; a separate registration is required for each additional child. Seats are limited and offered on a first-paid basis.

2. Programme Fees & Payment

Fees are stated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and processed securely via Paystack. All prices are inclusive of course materials, live sessions, and community access for the duration of the cohort. Bank charges (if any) are borne by the payer.

3. Refund Policy

• Full refund available up to 7 days before the cohort start date.
• 50% refund available up to 48 hours before the cohort start date.
• No refunds are issued after the cohort has commenced.
• If Future Ready Academy cancels the cohort, a full refund or credit toward the next cohort will be offered.

4. Code of Conduct

Students and parents agree to conduct themselves respectfully in all live sessions and community channels (including WhatsApp groups). We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to other participants, without refund.

5. Attendance & Participation

Live sessions are scheduled in advance. Recordings may be made available where possible, but consistent attendance is expected for the child to benefit fully and receive a certificate of completion.

6. Intellectual Property

All programme materials — including slides, videos, worksheets, and templates — remain the intellectual property of Future Ready Academy. They are provided for personal, non-commercial use by the enrolled student only and may not be redistributed or resold.

7. Media & Consent

By enrolling, you consent to your child appearing anonymously in classroom recordings used for internal training and quality assurance. We will seek separate written consent before using any identifiable image or work of your child in marketing materials.

8. Data Protection

We collect only the information necessary to deliver the programme (parent contact details, child name and age, payment records). Data is stored securely and never sold. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing partner@staypinched.com.

9. Safeguarding

All facilitators are vetted. Sessions are conducted in monitored virtual classrooms. Parents are encouraged to supervise their child's participation, especially for the 6–10 age group.

10. Changes to the Programme

We reserve the right to adjust programme content, schedule, or facilitators where necessary to maintain quality. Material changes will be communicated in advance via email and WhatsApp.

11. Limitation of Liability

Future Ready Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the programme. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected cohort.
